Join us on the Big Island of Hawaii for a "healthy" winter retreat. Immerse yourself in the tropical nature of the island, swimming in marine state parks and hiking in Volcano National Park. A wonderful retreat that is conducive to practice.

Each year The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. sponsors Master Feng Yijian from Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital, China, to come to the United States and to Hawaii January, February and March. Master Feng is a guest lecturer in Taijiquan and Neiyang Gong Qigong at the University of Hawaii in Hilo.

The courses at the University of Hawaii in Neiyang Gong and Taijiquan are taught by Karen Nesbitt, a certified instructor with Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital. The university offers courses through the Kinesiology Department and through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. This year the students demonstrated Neiyang Gong opening the United Nations Day celebration on campus.
