Medical Qigong and Tai Chi in the Heart of Montana!

Individual and Group Retreats!

Two 10 Day Group Retreats:  July 16 to 25, 2010 and August 13 to 22, 2010

Learn Taijiquan (Tai Chi, Yang Style 24), Beginners Tai Chi, and

Nei Yang Gong Qigong in the heart of Montana at

Dancing Dreamer's Retreat Center. Enjoy Mud Creek Spa, featuring a

Traditional Finnish Steam Bath House and North Star Labyrinth,

where one can emerge into nature creating harmony and inner balance.

We will visit Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park,

Fernie B.C. Canada, and the Ten Lakes Scenic Area

in the Kootenay National Forest.

In the summer of 2010 we will have two group retreats in Taijiquan (Tai Chi) and Medical Qigong: Nei Yang Gong Qigong. The classes will be taught by Karen Nesbitt, a certfied teacher in Nei Yang Gong Qigong and Taijiquan with Hebei Medical Qigong Hospital and School in Beidaihe, China. In addition to learning a practice we will be visiting Glacier Park, Canada and the Ten Lakes scenic area for day hikes. Please email for our Montana Brochure and Application!

This year we will travel to Glacier Park during its Centennial Celebration and take the Red Bus Tour! Along the way we will practice and enjoy the sites!
