All of our retreats in Montana at held at Dancing Dreamers Retreat Center in Eureka, Montana. Along with learning a practice you can also enjoy the benefits of the center, Mud Creek Spa featuring a Traditional Finnish Steam bath House and North Star Labyrinth, where one can emerge into nature creating harmony and inner balance.

The International Qigong Foundation, Inc. will be sponsoring a retreat at Dancing Dreamers Retreat Center in Montana. Karen Nesbitt, M.A. a certified teacher with the Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital, Hebei China, will be offering workshops in Medical Qigong, both in Neiyang Gong Qigong and Taijiquan. This will be a small group setting. In addition to learning a practice we will be visiting Waterton - Glacier International Park and the Ten Lakes scenic area for day hikes and canoeing.

This intensive training will be focused on Medical Qigong, both Neiyang Gong and Yuan Xi Xin Qigong, and Taijiquan, Yang Style 24, known as beginner's Tai  Chi. We will also incorporate a morning warm up practice!

We offer PDA credits with National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and CME credits with the American Academy of Family Physicians.

We will also study Internal Qigong and Medical Qigong Massage, learning how to apply it both for others and ourselves. When group participates finish they will receive certification both in hours and completion of the program from The International Qigong Foundation , Inc., which is also approved by the Hebei Medical Qigong School and Hospital in China.
